Brilliant Fabricators LLC is a general steel fabrication shop. We offer design engineering and detailing through our in-house staff and are ready to meet all of your fabrication needs.  We specialize in most plate and structural fabrications.

We provide fast estimates and on-time delivery of our fabricated products.

We can fit, weld, and paint most steel related products. Brilliant Fab is committed to the best service in response to your fabrication needs.

PLASMA

Brilliant Fab utilizes a Hi-definition Plasma burning machine for cutting both carbon and stainless steel. Our equipment can handle material up to 2 inches in thickness.

The plasma cutting process uses a high velocity stream of ionized gas that conducts electricity from the torch of the plasma cutter to the work piece. The plasma heats the workpiece, melting the material and blowing the molten metal away.

Plasma cutting can be performed on any type of conductive metal, such as mild steel, aluminum and stainless.

WELDING

Brilliant Fab only employs certified welders. Our Welders are certified in both AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX. We primarily use Flux-Core Arc but also incorporate MIG, TIG and Stick welding in our production facility. Our welders can and will be qualified by any QC requirements that our customers will have.  We have confidence that we employ some of the best welders in this area.

FORMING

Brilliant Fab has an on-site precision press brake and heavy-duty plate rolls that help us bend a variety of material sizes accurately in order to meet your quality standards. Our brake has 500 tons of press capacity and we can roll material 5/8 of an inch thick and lengths up to 10 ft.

PAINTING

Brilliant Fab has quality sandblasting/painting equipment and experienced painters capable of multi-coat zinc and epoxy coatings as well as most any other painting requirements that our customers may have.  Finish quality is the first thing that customers notice so we take pride in our quality and the work we produce.
